Standard Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All in-stock orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Time (U.S.):

Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days.

International Shipping:

Shipping times vary by location and typically take 7–20 business days.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost / Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Any delivery issues should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

Address Errors:

Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot replace or refund items due to address errors.

Please read the details below before placing a pre-order to ensure you understand how our pre-order process works.

What Is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available to purchase in advance. Buying a pre-order item reserves your product before it officially releases.

 

Production Time

All pre-order items require a production window.

 

Standard Production Time: 2–4 weeks

(Production may be completed sooner depending on order volume.)

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are packed and shipped immediately.

Standard Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (U.S. orders)

International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on customs and location.

 

Order Updates

You will receive email updates at each stage:

• Order confirmation
• Production completion
• Shipping confirmation + tracking number

Multiple Items in One Order

 

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you want in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Because pre-orders are made specifically for you, all pre-order sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds on pre-order items once the order is placed.

 

Delays

Production timelines are estimates. Unexpected delays can occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, or high demand. If any delay happens, we will update you immediately.
