    Standard Shipping Policy

    Processing Time:

    All in-stock orders require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.


    Shipping Time (U.S.):

    Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–5 business days.


    International Shipping:

    Shipping times vary by location and typically take 7–20 business days.

    Tracking:

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Lost / Stolen Packages:

    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. Any delivery issues should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.


    Address Errors:

    Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete addresses are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot replace or refund items due to address errors.


    Pre-Order Policy


    What Is a Pre-Order?

    Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available to purchase in advance. Placing a pre-order reserves your item before official release.


    Production Time:

    All pre-order items require a production window of:

    • 2–4 weeks production time


    Shipping After Production:

    Once production is complete, your order will ship immediately.

    U.S. shipping: 5–7 business days

    International shipping: 10–20 business days


    Order Updates:

    You will receive email updates for:

    • Order confirmation

    • Production completion

    • Shipping confirmation + tracking number


    Mixed Orders:

    If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

    For faster delivery of in-stock items, please place a separate order.


    Cancellations & Refunds:

    All pre-order sales are final.

    We do not cancel, refund, or edit pre-orders once they are placed since items are made specifically for you.


    Delays:

    Production timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, material availability, or carrier issues. Customers will be notified if any delays occur.


    Address Changes:

    Shipping address changes must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.

  • REFUNDS

    All sales are final. No refunds. However, in a case that an item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to the customer.
